PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable sending an accident information from a branch station installed in a distribution line to a master station during survice interruption. SOLUTION: This equipment is used in a high voltage distribution line and incorporates a ground fault direction detector. A zero-phase current detecting part 31 and a zero-phase voltage detecting part 32 detect a ground fault accident. A means 33 detecting that a voltage of a primary power supply of the distribution line is decreased to a voltage lower than or equal to the operating voltage of a branch station, and a power supply switching circuit part 36 which is used in order that branch station equipment 3 may connect a battery power supply 35 with a power supply circuit of own circuit, on the basis of the results detected by the means 33 are installed.
