PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress an increase in cost by providing a control unit as a master station with a first learning content receiving means and a first learning content transmitting means for transmitting learning contents stored and held in a learning content holding means to respective slave stations after a power source is turned on. SOLUTION: A learning content holding means M9 inside a control unit M1 as the master station holds the learning contents even when an ignition switch M7 is turned off, namely, even when the power source is turned off. A transmission request receiving means M10 receives a transmission request signal transmitted from a control unit M2 as the slave station. As the first learning content transmitting means, a learning content transmitting means M11 receives the transmission request signal from the control unit M2 as the slave station at the time the next system operation is started or through the transmission request receiving means M10. In that case, the learning contents held in the learning content holding means M9 are transmitted through a common signal line M3 to the control units M2 as the respective slave stations.
