PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a tank takeout port cover from becoming easily deformed owing to a load upon opening and closing the tank takeout port cover and loading packages by increasing the strength of a mounting portion of the tank takeout port cover. SOLUTION: The present warm air heater covers a tank takeout port 4 provided in a case top plate 7 comprising a steel metal member with the aid of a tank takeout cover 8 freely to open and close. Herein, there are provided a pair of tabs 7a having a shaft hole 7b in the case top plate 7, while there is provided on the tank takeout port cover 8 a mounting portion 8d with an inverted U shaped cross section including a pair of rotary support sections 8a each having a shaft hole 8b. The mounting section 8d of the tank takeout port cover 8 is disposed between the pair of the tubs 7a of the case top plate 7, and the support shaft 14 is inserted into the shaft hole 8b in the rotary support section 8a and the tubs 7a to mount the tank takeout port cover 8 on the case top plate 7.
