PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a thinner decorative panel and rotate an air direction alteration plate to an arbitrary angle by constructing a driving apparatus for driving the air direction alteration plate with a tension spring, a plurality of shape memory alloy spring, and a plurality of heat source sections for heating the shape storage alloy for expansion of the same. SOLUTION: A driving apparatus for driving an air direction alteration plate is constructed with a tension spring 7a engaging one end thereof with a spring hook portion 3b provided on a support shaft 3a and energizing the air direction alteration plate so as to rotate the same, a plurality of shape memory alloys 7b1, 7b2, 7b3 for energizing the tension spring 7a so as to reversely rotate the same. The driving apparatus is provided in the vicinity of the shape memory alloy springs 7b1, 7b2, 7b3 and is expanded to heat the same. There is further provided a plurality of heat source sections 7b1, 7b2, 7b3 for rotating the air direction alteration plate against energizing force of the tension spring.
