The awning comprises a structure (4) which include parallel side frames (40) between which a slat (1) is mounted. Each slat comprises a pair of cheek webs (3) which are pivoted between two side frames and several sections (10,20). These sections are mounted on each pair of cheek webs by means of drillings for the passage of screws which engage fixings in the sections.
