FISH PROCESSING METHOD

Fish bodies are immersed, intact or in an opened or cut state, in not less than 60 V/V% of ethanol, whereby the fish bodies can be preserved or transported in a non-mutually-stuck state even when they are refrigerated. The inflammability of the ethanol used for immersing fish bodies therein can be reduced by inserting dry ice therein or blowing a non-inflammable gas, such as carbon dioxide or a nitrogen gas thereinto.
