The swivel axis passing through the bearing block (4) fixable on the wall and through the casement strip part (3) is connected rotationally secured to the latter. A rotation body formed as hollow cylinder which rotates over the swivel axis can be connected rotationally secured to same and has on its outer circumference at least one detent surface which forms a counter bearing for the detent device (10) which is supported in the bearing block. The bearing of the detent device adjoining the counter bearing of the rotation body is formed by a detent surface (15) which adjoins the rotation body under spring tension.
