摘要

A morpholine derivative represented by general formula (I) or salt thereof, wherein R<1> and R<3> may be the same or different from each other and each represents hydrogen or lower alkyl; R<2> represents halogen, and the broken line represents an optional double bond. The compound and salts thereof have the activities of both of a 5-HT reincorporation inhibitor and a 5-HT2 receptor antagonist and are useful as a therapeutic agent reduced in the side effects such as depression and anxiety.
