<p>The invention concerns a video data processing method for generating a mosaic channel signal (V) from data derived from n video signals each corresponding to a different programme. Said method consists in: processing the n signals so as to constitute a series of computerised data blocks, each block consisting of n data subsets, each subset representing a signal frame video data; writing, into the memory (4), data derived from the processing step such that, when reading the memory, the mosaic chain signal is constituted, after the computerised data have been converted (5) into video data, by a series of blocks of t successive frames, each block corresponding to a different video signal. The invention further concerns a device for processing video data and constructing images from data derived from the video data processing device.</p> |
