<p>There is disclosed a multi axis marine propulsion system in which one or more propulsion fins are mounted on a boss (7) rotatable by a drive shaft (1). The fins are each rotatable about a rotational axis which is displaced laterally from the axis of the drive shaft. Coupling (4) between the drive shaft and fins, preferably by gearing or drive belt, rotates the fins at substantially half the rotational speed of the boss.</p> |
