The cooling unit is mounted revolving at a casing (40) which carries the unit, in such way, that it can be inserted in the casing and can be removed from it. The cooling unit and the electric component are preferably assembled on an assembly element arranged in the casing. The instrument comprises a cooling unit (10) with a cooling device, as well as a semiconductor component (5) and an electric component (6, 7, 15), which are arranged respectively on two opposed sides of the cooling device.
