<p>Compositions and methods for enhancing disease resistance in plants are provided. The method involves modulating the activity of the Mlo3 sequences in the plant. Mlo3 sequences are provided that can be manipulated to enhance pathogen resistance in modified plants. Transformed plants, plant cells, tissues, and seed are also provided having enhanced disease resistance.</p> |
