Methods of using said reagents and diagnostic kits are also provided. Characterization of genes and products relating to DC-PGT (Dendrit ic cell prostaglandin-like transporter), HDTEA84, HSLJD37R and RANKL (related t o TNF receptor family), HCC5 chemokine, Dub 11 and Dub 12 (Deubiquitinating 11 and 12), MD-1 and MD-2 (proteins which exhibit properties of ligands for proteins exhibiting a leucine-rich protein motif (LRR)) and cyclin E2.
