The optimizing process is based on profile, direction and form of function. In the actual three-dimensional flow field of the designed hull, the partial medium values are found. The profile strips (2) are moved at least round their vertical axis to utilize the flow and their direction is reported. The data thus found serve for the production of the optimized shaft support.
