The invention relates to the use of a composition comprising at least one substance within the group GnRH-analogues for producing a drug for treatment of obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). The invention makes it possible for patients suffering from OCD to obtain partial or total relief of symptoms by treatment with a composition which comprises at least one substance within t he group GnRH-analogues.
