<p>Luggage compartment protection of the modular type, which can be used invariably either for urban buses or for coaches, formed by a rectangular frame with central reinforcement and arranged in the luggage compartment in order to impede or prevent the luggage from bumping against the luggage compartment door or against the body structure of the bus, and producing bumps and deformations which damage both the luggage and the vehicle. The protection is secured by means of a lock which, when unlocked, will enable the protection of the luggage compartment to be back folded outwardly with respect to the vehicle while describing an angle of 180 degrees. It is provided with at least two stops mounted on the hinges and which make contact with the vehicle body thereby avoiding the bumping and damaging of the vehicle structure by the luggage compartment protection frame.</p> |
