<p>The present invention relates to a material blend and a method of preparing a material blend, intended for medical disposable articles which are submitted to radiation sterilization. The material blend consists of a cracking resistant material and a radiation stabilized material, in such proportions that the action of a predetermined radiation dose on the material blend causes synergetic effects in the initial materials, resulting in a material blend with sufficient cracking resistance and transparency with regard to the intended use.</p> |
