<p>From a first part (2) of the package (1), a mold is formed and filled with the fluid phase resembling chocolate. When crystallized to a given degree, the molding section is sealed using a second part (3) of the package. Independent claims are is included for the corresponding production line, and the packed product so made. Preferred features: The mold is deep drawn from thermoplastic. It includes depressions with intervening bridges. It is brought to optimal temperature for filling with pre-crystallized mass, under vibration. The contents are cooled, using cold air or nitrogen. Filling takes place in two successive stages, between which lump additives are introduced. Layers of differing material may be included. One mass forms a casing, another a filling, both being introduced simultaneously. Molds are conveyed continuously or intermittently on a conveying line. The mass in the mold may be subjected to contact with a cooled plunger. The package is closed air-tight, simultaneously flushing with inert gas. Following closure, cooling takes place.</p> |
