<p>The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a film of arylalkyl-modified polyacetylene, wherein a layer of an arylalkyldiacetylene compound with the formula (I): X(N)-L-C C-C C-L-(N)X wherein X(N) represents a nitrogen-containing planar aromatic group L represents a linear aliphatic group -(CH2)n- with 1 ≤ n ≤ 22, wherein preferably 1 ≤ n ≤ 9, more preferably 1 ≤ n ≤ 6, or a linear group -(CH2)p-Y-(CH2)q- with 1 ≤ p + q ≤ 22, wherein preferably 1 ≤ p or q ≤ 9, more preferably 1 ≤ p or q ≤ 6, and Y represents a para-substituted aromatic group, is formed on a carrier and polymerized to the arylalkyl-modified polyacetylene, and to the obtained carrier material having thereon the layer of arylalkyl-modified polyacetylene, and finally to the use of such a carrier as electrically conducting polymer.</p> |
