A mounting rail is used to support the lower arm (117) and the hand (18) of a disabled person. A support (12) is provided for the upper arm (15). The upper arm support acts as far as the shoulder area (19). The support rail and the support are adjustable in six axes. The support rail also has a separate adjustable hand support. The upper arm support, the support rail and/or the hand support are covered with a vacuum cushion (16). |
