A panel for air conditioning in which a flat mortar plates through which heat conductor pipes are passed fixedly and along its flat surface are fitted in layers, with the end parts of the fixed heat conductive pipes open, into an outer frame mold which comprises a flat insulator having a flat surface and a projected part formed along the end part of the flat plate and which has such a shape that the mortar plates can be inserted from the flat plate surface and a room air conditioning system using the air conditioning panel, whereby a room air conditioning system, such as a floor heating system, which is light in weight per unit area, thin in construction unit, so robust as can be used in a space where heavy objects are installed on a floor, easy in construction itself, capable of energy saving, and easy in maintenance, can be implemented. |
