<p>A self-supporting structural panel (10), method of making the panel and uses for the panel, apply multiple layers of high density thermosetting urethane, one behind the other. The panel is sufficiently thick and strong to be self-supporting. The panel has an outer surface, adapted to be visible (22), and an inner surface. An ultraviolet stabilizer is in the at least one layer for blocking UV radiation to make the panel weather and age resistant. At least one additional high density thermosetting urethane layer adhered to the outer layer contains a pigment, a graphic component and/or a reinforcing component (18).</p> |
