<p>Metal cooking pot has a base with a central plate having different mechanical, thermal and physical properties linked to an outer portion by radial recesses. The pot, made from pressed metal or light alloy sheet (3), has a slightly concave base (1) with a central plate (2) made from a metal or alloy with different mechanical, thermal and physical properties to the rest of the base. The central plate is incorporated in the base and is connected to the outer edge of the base by a series of radial recesses (7). The metal sheet used for the pot is of aluminium, the central plate in the base of stainless steel, and the radial recesses, which fit inside a circle with a diameter between 40 and 60 per cent of that of the base, can have different lengths and depths.</p> |
