<p>In the present invention there is disclosed a method of cutting ingots from hard materials to plates by the action of a free abrasive and an endless moving solid carrier (3) forming by guiding in circumferential grooves of parallel guide rollers (2) of a roller system, being formed by at least two pairs of guide rollers a grid, through which a cut material is forced , where the endless solid carrier (3) running in the circumferential grooves (6) of the roller system guide rollers (2) is guided and forced in each two adjacent ingot (1)cuts of the cut material in counter-rotatable manner in two parallel planes of different levels. In a saw for making the above described method there are in a roller system, formed by at least two pairs of parallel mounted guide rollers (2), whose upper elements of a ruled surface lie in two parallel planes, the guide rollers (2) of the corresponding pair are mounted either with identical direction of rotation, whereby the guide rollers (2) of one pair are mounted with respect to guide rollers (2) of the second pair with opposite direction of rotation or they are mounted with opposite direction of rotation, whereby the guide rollers (2) of one pair are mounted with respect to adjacent guide rollers (2) of the second pair with opposite direction of rotation.</p> |
