A hydroelectric generator (3) delivery piping (5) is connected with a pressure element reacting to change in pressure during inactivity of hydraulic motors and acting on a final control element being connected with the control of a driving motor acceleration. The pressure element is formed by a seat ball valve (6) in the seat (7) of which there is performed at least one drainage groove (8). The final control element is formed either by an ancillary rectilinear hydraulic motor (9) or a cylinder and piston pneumatic unit (18) or by an electromagnet (19). Said final control element circuit can be disconnected and so put the device out of operation by a switch (12). Between the seat ball valve (6) and the final control element there is preferably introduced a hydraulic accumulator (13) that makes it possible to adjust dwell of speed drop.
