In the present invention there is disclosed 17beta-N-(2,5-bis(trifluormethyl)phenylcarbamoyl-4-aza-5alfa-androst-1 -en-3-one. This substance can be used as inhibitor of human 5alpha-reductase of the type 1 and 2. In the present invention there are further claimed the use of this substance for preparing a pharmaceutical preparation and the pharmaceutical preparation in which this substance is comprised. The invention also relates to the process for preparing this compound as well as intermediate for such preparation.
