A method of stabilizing soil and controlling dust from soil and disposing of unwanted waste waters produced in purifying water includes applying waste water containing 0.15% by weight of the salts of NaCl, CaCl2, MgCl2 and mixtures thereof to soil to control dust and effect soil stabilization.
