In the present invention there are disclosed compounds of the general formula I, in which the general symbols have specific meanings either in a free form or in the form of a salt provided such salt exists. Those compounds can be prepared for instance by irradiation, oxidation, elimination, reduction, conversion, further for instance by halogenation or acylation, removal of hydroxy function protecting groups, introduction of the hydroxy function protecting groups and separation of stoichiometric mixtures to individual isomers. Those compounds can be used as medicaments, particularly as antiphlogistic and anti-proliferative and immunosuppressive agents.
