PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plant raising system designed to uniformly feed a nutritious liquid to the respective media in a number of plant raising vessels so as not to spill the nutritious liquid out of the vessels. SOLUTION: This plant raising system works as follows: a nutritious liquid is fed to a medium 1 supported upon a perforated medium support 4 inserted into the body 2 of each of plant raising vessels 1 until the nutritious liquid is penetrated uniformly throughout the medium; subsequently, the nutritious liquid is vacuum-sucked via a float valve 6 into a suction pipe 5; on completing the suction, the float 6B of the float valve 6 descends, running to a closed mode spontaneously; in this system with a number of the vessels 1, the float valve(s) 6 is closed successively for the vessel(s) 1 in which suction operation is completed, effecting no air intrusion into the corresponding vacuum path(s). |
