<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure-resistant paper container with good sealability which is free from deformation and peeling of a lid material or a container body even if there is a change such as an increase/decrease of an internal pressure. SOLUTION: A paper container 110 comprising a body 111 and a bottom 112 including paper as a main layer and equipped with a plastic layer on an internal face of the container is mounted on an injection-molding mold. After it is mold-clamped, molten plastic is injected. Thus a container body 100 is equipped with a plastic ring 120 having an engaging part 122 and a heat-fused part 123 with a lid 200 provided on an opening at an upper rim of the body, a pillar-like protection part 130 provided on an overlap on an internal face of the container of the body, and a circular protection part 140 provided on a coupling between the body and the bottom. Then the container body 100 is fitted with the plastic lid 200 equipped with a peripheral wall 221 vertically along a periphery of a top plate 210, an engaging part to be fitted with the plastic ring below the peripheral wall and a heat-fused part 223 to be heat-fused with the heat-fused part of the container body provided outwardly on an upper rim of the peripheral wall, and they are heat-fused and rolled for sealing.</p> |
