PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate used in a clear case or the like and good in adhesiveness and fusing properties by a high frequency welder and flexibility. SOLUTION: A laminate has an intermediate layer containing an ethylene/ vinyl acetate copolymer with a vinyl acetate content of 15-25 wt.% and inner and outer layers containing an ethylene/3-10Cα-olefin copolymer with a density of 0.88-0.92 g/cm3. In this case, the ratio of the thickness of the intermediate layer and the sum total thickness of the inner and outer layers is set to intermediate layer/(inner layer + outer layer) = 3/1-6/1.
