PAPER FEEDING ROLLER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively and easily manufacture a lighter paper feeding roller by forming a paper feeding roller by a rotary shaft and a cylindrical roller part manufactured by curing mixture made of hydraulic composition which is integrated into an outer periphery of this rotary shaft after this mixture is pressurized and molded. SOLUTION: A paper feeding roller 1 is formed by a rotary shaft 2 for supporting/driving and a cylindrical roller part 3 made of hydraulic composition. The cylindrical roller part 3 is integrated into an outer periphery of the rotary shaft 2 and the outside diameter is worked with accuracy ofμm order by cutting work. Hydraulic composition to be used is prepared from mixed powder of hydraulic powder 50 to 90 wt.% and non-hydraulic powder 10 to 50 wt.% having an average particle diameter which is smaller than that of hydraulic powder by one figure or more and workability improving agent blended at a rate of 5 to 35 pts.wt. for mixed powder 100 pts.wt. By pressurizing and molding mixture made of hydraulic composition and curing the mixture, the cylindrical roller part 3 is formed.
