PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the adhesive property of a heat seal part by providing a biaxially orientated polyethylene terephthalate film for a base material, and providing an adhesive layer containing a specified powder together with a polymer having a repeated unit to be expressed by a specified equation on the base material. SOLUTION: A polymer having a polycarbonate structure in an adhesive layer 32 has the repeated unit to be expressed by an equation I (where, R represents straight or branched 2-2 deg.C hydrocarbon), and its molecular weight is not less than 10,000 in average weight, preferably not less than 30,000 (usually up to 300,000). The powder to be used together with the polymer having the polycarbonate structure on the adhesive layer 32 is 0.01-32μm, more specifically, 0.5-15μm in mean grain size, and the use amount is 5-60 wt.% of the whole adhesive layer 32, more preferably, 15-45 wt.%.
