SOLUTION: In an embossed decorative material having a plurality of recesses F on a base material surface, step faces F1, F2...Fn changed with depth in sequence in the specific direction are formed on the bottom faces of individual recesses F. Inherent fine irregular shapes A, AA, AAA... are formed on the step faces F1, F2...Fn, and their gloss is reduced as the depth is increased.
