PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wall panel and a reinforcement soil structure of excellent workability and profitability in which deformation or fracture is hard to occur to keep stability even when a large force is applied to a filling reinforcement member, and when a connection part of the filling reinforcement member is displaced by use of compression type, filling, especially. SOLUTION: These wall surface panels are installed on a tip of a filling layer to be adjacent in the vertical direction and the lateral direction along a slope face of the filling layer. The wall surface panel 2 is roughly rectangular, it has expansion ribs 2a protruded in the same plane at both of a right and a left edge end parts, and it has reinforcement ribs 2b vertically continuous on the back surface side, and connection metals 4 protruded on the reinforcement ribs 2b to be connected to filling reinforcement members placed in the filling layer 1.
