PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide sanitary flush equipment which does not cause troubles due to freezing without any special construction or operation. SOLUTION: Means for detecting the request of water drain is given to sanitary flush equipment, reliable water drain is performed by performing the operation of open-close mechanism inside a water circuit by means of the detection, and troubles by freezing are prevented. As detecting means for water drain request, a series of water drain operation may be interlocked but, if a float switch 10 for heat exchanger is adopted as a combined use, then it is not necessary to newly provide an exclusive detection means, water drain request means can be detected by synchronizing with the movement of a float switch 10 accompanied to the water drain in heat exchanger thereby assuring definite execution of the water drain.
