PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a raincoat from getting stuffy by ventilating the raincoat so as to prevent rise in temperature and humidity in wearing the raincoat. SOLUTION: The outside of a raincoat is provided with air holes 1 and the top of the raincoat is furnished with a rain cap to prevent rain water and to ventilate the raincoat. The air holes have eyelet punches or cuts and the rain cap is fixed to the raincoat with a hook 3 to prevent inversion by wind.
