PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Ti/C/PTFE based mixture suitable for a heat source material of a heat source-blending composition such as a gas generating agent generating a large quantity of a gas or a heat generating agent generating a large quantity of heat. SOLUTION: The Ti/C/PTFE composition consists essentially of 40-80 pts.wt. Ti, 20-60 pts.wt. C, 5-20 pts.wt. PTFE and 1-10 pts.wt. binder and is suitable for the heat source material of the heat source-blending composition such as the gas generating agent or the heat generating agent. The gas generating agent and the heat generating agent are obtained by blending the Ti/C/PTFE based mixture.
