PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a machining center contributing to save the space of a machining line such as an FTL by making breadth compact. SOLUTION: An angle rest 14 is fixed on a bed 10 and an X-axis guideway is vertically provided in the main body of the angle rest 14. An X-axis saddle 18 is mounted using the X-axis guideway as a guide and is provided with a Y-axis guideway, and a Y-axis saddle 20 is provided using the Y-axis guideway as a guide and is used as a guide to mount a main spindle head 22 in such a way that it moves along Z-axis. An automatic tool exchanger 24 is supported by the angle rest 14.
