PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To introduce with high accuracy a solid-liquid mixture into a container storing contaminated wastes. SOLUTION: A valve pipe sectional area is opened totally and a solid-liquid mixture is introduced into a container (S1, S2). When the liquid level of the solid-liquid mixture in the container comes to an introduction amount microadjustment starting position (S3), the valve pipe sectional area is reduced (S4), and the solid-liquid mixture of the amount smaller than an initial amount is introduced into the container. When the mixture level of the solid-liquid mixture in the container reaches the upper limit position (S5), the valve is set in the totally closed state and the introduction of the solid-liquid mixture into the container is discontinued (S6). Simultaneously the counting of the given time by a timer is started. When the counting of the given time is started by the timer (S7), whether the liquid level in the container is on the target position or not is judged (S8), and when it is on the target position, the introduction of the solid-liquid mixture is completed (S9). When it is not on the target position, the operation is moved back to S4, and the small mount of the solid-liquid mixture is introduced into the container again.
