PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce production cost, and uniformly and surely apply machining oil of high viscosity to the underside of a material by an energizing means installed to a slide of a press machine which loads and moves the material up/down with the material passline as the upper limit so as to apply the machining oil to the underside of the material from a lower position thereof. SOLUTION: When a blank material 5 is carried on a lifter block 11 of a material oiling equipment 6 by means of feed bars 4, 4, a blank push pin 9 adjusted to the length to correspond to the dies descends in synchronism with the lowering stroke of a slide 3. Even after the blank push pin 9 is brought into contact with the blank material 5, it pushed down the lifter block 11, a spring of which is energized together with the blank material 5, until the slide 3 reaches the bottom dead center and makes the required clearance S between the underside of the blank material 5 and the tip of the nozzle 10. Thus, the blank material 5 is positioned just before the nozzle 10, and the machining oil sprayed from the nozzle 10 is surely applied to the underside of the blank material 5.
