PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a continuous stringing tobacco leaf binder by storing tobacco leaves in continuous stringing in a drying chamber and drying the tobacco leaves. SOLUTION: This continuous stringing tobacco leaf binder is equipped with a supporting lever 2 being a supporting lever 2 to which plural forks 2a that are inserted between tobacco leaf root parts of plural continuous stringing tobacco leaves and catch the continuous stringing is stuck at proper pitches and with a leaf pressing frame body 10 which is a leaf pressing frame body 10 having a leaf pressing frame body lever part 10a extending approximately in parallel with the supporting lever and both frame body lever parts 10b at both the sides of the leaf pressing frame body lever part in which each of both the frame body lever parts is provided with at least one engaging part 10c to be engaged with the supporting lever 2 so as to permit the rotation of the leaf pressing frame body 10 around the supporting lever 2. The leaf pressing frame body 10 is energized in the longer direction of the supporting lever by an energizing means 11 attached to the supporting lever 2 and engaging parts 10d and 11e of insertion parts are meshed with any of the plural forks 2a to control. the rotation of the leaf pressing frame body 10.
