PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject composition, simultaneously exhibiting excellent stain removing capacity and low lathering, and useful for cleaning natural or synthetic fibers or the like by including a salt of specific organic phosphate anion and organic amine derivative cation, and nonionic surfactant. SOLUTION: This composition contains (A) a salt of organic phosphate ester anion having a 6-14C alkyl (e.g. n-octyl phosphate ester or 2-ethylhexyl phosphate ester anion) and organic amine derivative cation having a 6-14C alkyl (e.g. quaternary ammonium cation), and (B) a nonionic surfactant e.g. a compound shown by the formula R-O-(AO)p-H [R is ethylene oxide or propylene oxide; R is a 8-18C aliphatic hydrocarbon group, e.g. an 8-18C aliphatic, saturated, primary alcohol residue; and (p) is 1 to 30]}. The composition preferably contains the components A and B at 0.1 to 85 wt.% and 15 to 99.9 wt.%, respectively.
