PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rapidly and costlessly assemble forms without the need for special tools or licenses by forming prepared holes in a steel frame and screwing one end of a fitting member into a tapped hole threaded by a tap drill or the like and attaching a form to the other end. SOLUTION: Prepared holes 24 are opened in a steel frame 3 and a screw is threaded by a tap drill to form a tapped hole 25. The threaded part 21 of one end of a fitting member 20 is screwed in the tapped hole 25 of the steel frame 3 and a form tie is connected to the screw part 22 of the other end side. The position of the form is adjusted by the screwed length of the threaded part 21 of the fitting member 20 to fix the form to the form tie and assemble the form at the periphery of the steel frame 3. In this construction method, the number of tools used therefor is small and hence, the maintenance cost for the construction tools and materials is lessened and further, a special license such as a license for handling firearms is not required. Hence, a rapid measure for an order can be devised and the efficiency of the work can be enhanced.
