PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent water from leaking out of cracks or gaps of creases at corners by providing a support plate slanting downward at the lower part of the periphery of a cover receive frame of a floor inspection hole and laying waterproof layer sheet to come into contact with the upper face thereof and laying it so as to slant upward. SOLUTION: A support plate 9 provided with an inclined part 9a slanting downwardly from the lower part of the vertical peripheral edge 3 of the cover receive frame 2 of a floor inspection hole 1 is extended nearly horizontally at the periphery thereof. The cover receive frame 2 is mounted on the upper face of the lower concrete layer (d) of the peripheral floor (f) of the floor inspection hole 1, and a fixing rod 13 is inserted in a fitting piece 11 of the lower face of a horizontal terminal end part 9c to screw it on the floor (f). Mortar m1 is placed to be flush with the horizontal terminal end part 9c at the lower part of the support plate 9 and the periphery thereof and then, after it has been hardened, a waterproof layer sheet 15 is laid to come into plane-contact with the end edge 15' of an insertion opening 16 so as not to generate creases, at the upper face of the inclined part 9a of the support plate 9. Further, mortar m2 is placed on the waterproof layer sheet 15 and a floor finish material 17 is stuck thereto. Since the end edge 15' of the waterproof layer sheet 15 is closely stuck at an upward slant, water does not leak out of cracks or gaps.
