PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suspending method making the connecting structure of a building such as a building unit compact without reducing the cost efficiency of the building unit. SOLUTION: A building metal 30 provided at the end section of a column 23 is provided with a fitting plate 31 inserted into a slit provided in the longitudinal direction of a column main body 27 and having pin holes to be inserted with connecting pins 33 inserted into pin insertion holes 27C provided to cross the slit 27B of the column main body 27. A connecting body 32 integrally connected to the end section of the fitting plate 31 and capable of being installed at the end section of the column main body 27 is provided.
