PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a refilling pouch for manufacturing a bag thereof easily and filling a content easily therein, in which an opening of good shape retention properties is formed simply by opening a pouring section, the opening is not blocked at the time of pouring and the superior usability of refilling the content safely and easily without the residue is provided. SOLUTION: A pouring section 5 is formed on a upper corner of a refilling pouch 100 by heat sealing the outer periphery of a refilling pouch, namely the outer periphery formed of an end 6, both side sections 7, 7 and both shoulder sections 8, 8, and notches 9 are formed on both sides of the pouring section, and a cutting line 11 for opening the pouring section 5 is so formed as to pass a top point C of a triangle having a straight line formed as a bottom side and connecting respective middle points B and B' of the inner side lines of the shoulder sections 8 and the side sections 7 on both sides of the pouring section 5 and also having its top angle formed into the right angle and the top point C positioned on a central line A of the pouring section 5, or so formed as to pass below the top point C.
