PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an eductor capable of easily sucking in oil regardless of the viscosity of oil. SOLUTION: With an eductor for mainly recovering oil floating on the surface of water, an eductor body 21 is made to be flat so that the width is wider than the height, and the width in the crosswise direction of the eductor body, of a suction port 20 provided on the upper face of the eductor body 21 is made to be wider than the width in the longitudinal direction of the eductor. Many water ejection nozzles 19 are provided at the end part of the eductor body 21 in one or more rows across the width of the eductor body 21.
