SOLUTION: At the time of filtration operation, after a switch valve 19 is opened to a feed liquid tank 12 side, switch valves 22, 28 are opened and a valve 24 is closed, a feed pump 17 is driven and each of the pressure and the flow rate is adjusted to a specific value by a pressure meter 32 and a flow meter 34.
