PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low cost mobile liquid supply apparatus which can spray water by the pressure of city water and scarcely causes diseases. SOLUTION: A nozzle member 8 is equipped with a vinyl chloride resin pipe 81, a vinyl chloride pipe receiving part 82 which can insert/extracts the pipe 81 from above, a nozzle 84 inserted into screwed through hole formed at the center of the bottom surface of the part 82, a flow change part 87 which has a thin round plate 85 having a horizontal surface which changes the ejection direction of water from the nozzle 84 from vertical direction to the horizontal direction and disperses the water in all directions and a round rod 86 with a round cross section extending downward from the plate 85, and a spring member 88 which forms an interval between it and the lower part of the nozzle 84 and connects the flow change part 87 with the nozzle 84.
